Phase 1
In November 2017, the APASP Task Force placed each program and service reviewed in Phase 1 (programs and services receiving general funds) into one of the four prioritization categories:
Priority for Development and Growth
Consider for Development and/of Modification
Phase 2
In February 2018, the APASP Task Force placed each program and service reviewed in Phase 2 (programs and services not receiving general funds) into one of three prioritization categories:
