Data Validation

The Data Office, on behalf of the APASP Task Force, is asking the campus community to provide input specific to the metrics to be used in the prioritization scoring of the identified units of analysis. The three tasks involved in the data validation are:

Develop A Crosswalk Between Unit of Analysis and the Financial Data in Banner

  1. In some cases, the unit of analysis maps perfectly to a financial account (referred to as a financial organization) but not in all cases. The Data Office has attempted to map a financial organization to the unit of analysis but needs the campus community to review for accuracy. The final linkage created here willbe used to calculate all the financial data. There are two reports for review.
    • Mapping Financial Organization to a Unit of Analysis: 1.0 | 2.0 | 3.0
    • Financial Organizations not currently linked to a Unit of Analysis: 1.0 |  2.0
